The Zimplow Holdings Limited Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Willem Swan as an Executive Director on the Board of Zimplow Holdings Limited with effect from 23 September 2025. Willem is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Zimplow Holdings Limited, having assumed this role on 1 March 2025.

Willem is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Practitioner with thirty six years of working experience in the FMCG, steelworks and engineering distributorship sectors. Prior to his appointment as the GCEO, he was the Group Chief Operating Officer. The Board, Management and Staff wish him success in this new role.
