Charles Chaibva

Group Chief Finance Officer

Charles was appointed on 1 April 2019 as the Chief Finance Officer of the group. He is a Chartered Accountant who did his training with Ernst & Young. Charles is a holder of a Post Graduate Honours in Accounting Science with UNISA. Charles comes with experience spanning over 9 years in financial management, financial reporting, and auditing in the automotive and mining industries. Charles is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) and Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB).

Gladys Machawira

Gladys joined the group on 1st August 2011 as Group Internal Audit Manager. Her experience spans over 15 years as an audit professional in the agri-service, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. Gladys did her Articles of Clerkship with Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants. She is a certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2000) and an accredited Tip Offs- Anonymous Trainer. She is responsible for managing the key operational and strategic risks for the Group.

Sharon Manangazira

Sharon Fadzai Manangazira is a registered legal practitioner with a wealth of experience in the areas of corporate governance, legal, compliance and risk management attained over her sixteen (16) years working in private practice, the financial services and health insurance sectors. Prior to joining Zimplow Holdings Limited, she served as the Group Legal Advisory and Corporate Services Manager for a leading health insurance, health care and financial services holding company in Zimbabwe. She has also worked for FBC Holdings Limited, AFC Commercial Bank (formerly Agricultural Development Bank of Zimbabwe Agribank) and Wintertons Legal Practitioners during the course of her career as corporate legal counsel.

She is a holder of a Masters in Corporate Law (LLM) attained from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree (LLB) attained from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ).
